<p>Publix Super Markets in partnership with Produce for Kids is supporting the "Healthy Schools, Healthy Minds" campaign. The promotion raises funds to provide salad bars in schools throughout local communities. From now through October 26, a purchase of a sponsored fruit or vegetable from produce department of a local Publix Super Market can help aid the campaign, its exposure, and its philosophy. Shoppers can keep an eye out for the Produce for Kids displays in the designated produce areas stocked with items such at Crunch Pak&reg; Sliced Apples, Del Monte&reg; Fruit Naturals&reg; Cups, and Del Monte Gold&reg; Extra Sweet Pineapple, to name a few.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">The campaign has been cultivated through the "Let's Move Salad Bars to Schools" public health initiative which seeks to donate salad bars to schools across the country. Increasing a child's fruit and vegetable consumption is a key objective in the cause.
