BELLEVUE, WA - Memorial Day weekend kicked off more than the summer-eating season for two key businesses in our industry. Word also hit the wires that sustainable food and agribusiness investment leader Arable Capital Partners made a strategic investment in organicgirl.

Headquartered in Salinas, California, organicgirl ships branded organic packaged salads to retailers nationwide.
The team has, according to a press release, been dedicated to finding better ways to grow, package, and deliver a wide variety of premium greens.
