NEWARK, DE - Recognizing the importance of mid-level managers and their addition to the overall successful infrastructure of a company, the Center for Growing Talent by PMA (CGTbyPMA) has announced its annual High Performance Management Conference (HPMC) is fast approaching in September.
“Take it from the Wall Street Journal, mid-level managers are an essential layer in any company – they turn top-line strategy into day-to-day action,” said CGTbyPMA Executive Director Margi Prueitt, citing a recent article series. “Our unique leadership development program helps our industry to optimize these managers’ skills today, and to groom them for leadership in the future.”
The event will span two and a half days from September 19-22 in Chicago, IL, according to a recent press release. Attendees will benefit in skill development through expert-led education, hands-on exercises to test out new skills, and networking opportunities with fellow attendees from across the supply chain.

- Food safety and crisis management
- Horizontal and vertical management
- Team leadership
