<p> <strong>Westlake Village, CA</strong><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Dole Food Company’s Dale Foundation has been honored with the Segundo Wong Award for outstanding work in pursuit of the community’s goals. The foundation is responsible for the company's Ecuadorian and Peruvian social responsibility activities, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> The award was presented to Dole May 28 at the International Banana Forum, hosted by the Ecuadorian Banana Exporters Association in Guayaquil, Ecuador and was presented by Eduardo Ledesma, president of AEBE. Peter Gilmore, Dole’s Division General Manager, accepted the award.
