Leonard brings more than 35 years of experience in the produce industry to his new role, working for small, family owned companies to large, multinational firms. Leonard was the Director of Farm Operations at Fresh Express, Vice President of Operations at Dole Fresh Vegetables - Value Added, Vice President of Operations at Tanimura & Antle/Salad Time Farms and Vice President, Production and Processing at NewStar. For the last 6 years he has been a partner in the MIXTEC Group, the premier executive recruiting firm dedicated to the produce industry. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Leonard tells AndNowUKnow, “Being a partner at MIXTEC has been one of the true highlights of my career, they are the best at what they do and it’s been an honor to be associated with them.
