High Country, located in Rexburg, Idaho, and is one of Idaho’s largest russet potato packers and ships approximately 1.5 million sacks annually.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Over the past few years, L&M has focused on adding potato and onion farms and packing facilities to the company’s existing operations. By partnering with High Country, L&M will complete its year-round program and become a true industry leader in the russet potato category.
