This exciting new offering was developed at Markon’s Chef Summit, an annual event that brings together its member and foodservice customer chefs to support innovation and the Salinas Valley, California, community. According to a release, the blend consists of kale leaves, shredded broccoli, carrots, and radishes. The combination of textures and flavors makes it servable raw or cooked throughout the day.
