<p><strong>Castroville, CA</strong><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Ocean Mist Farms will host an artichoke field tour as part of PMA’s Fresh Produce Academy at the annual foodservice conference in Monterey, CA on Friday, July 20. The company-hosted tour includes a trip to a beachside artichoke field, company headquarters and cooling facility, and a cooking demonstration by Chef Tony Baker of Montrio Bistro in Monterey, CA.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Chef Baker will also be featured on Saturday in this year’s live chef demo challenge, where chefs compete to create nutritious and tasty dishes for kids. As part of his cooking demonstration, Chef Baker will prepare an artichoke veggie burger with Chipotle lime mayo and arti-guac.
