IRWINDALE, CA - Bonduelle Fresh Americas continues to capture consumer attention with its Ready Pac Bistro Bowls and Salad Kits. To continue its strong momentum, the supplier has tapped the expertise of Omar Bobadilla, who has joined the company as Vice President of Agriculture Operations.
“I am looking forward to working with Jon [Clancy] and the entire Bonduelle Fresh Americas team to elevate our presence and grow our relationships in the Salinas Valley while driving efficiencies across the supply chain,” said Bobadilla. “There is a tremendous amount of opportunity to continue to unlock growth for the company and our grower partners.”
According to a press release, Bobadilla will be based in the company’s newly renovated and expanded Salinas Valley, California, location with additional responsibility for deepening relationships with grower communities and suppliers across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South America. He will play a vital role on the company's operations leadership team, further bolstering the provider’s end-to-end supply chain system and enhancing its operational synergies.
The ag expert has nearly two decades of fresh produce industry experience, most recently responsible for managing the Dole Fresh Vegetables’ largest processing facility in Soledad, California. His in-depth expertise in developing high performance teams will accelerate Bonduelle’s continued development of its Salinas Valley agricultural operations.
Bobadilla will report to Chief Operating Officer Jon Clancy.
