The vibrant and versatile item has a tender and soft flavor profile that maintains both color and taste when steamed in recipes. The company offers the award winning product in two ways; as portions of 100% red Heirloom Spinach, and as a Heirloom Spinach Blend with 50% red and 50% regular spinach.
