“Our international cooperative creates continuity on a 52-week basis and redundancy of supply, giving us the ability to support our customers on a very high level,” Brian Klumpp, Director of Sales and Marketing, explained. “North Bay also encourages collaboration between our farms to tackle challenges and opportunities in the business, and we sponsor group trips to visit different growing locations throughout the world.”
North Bay has offices in strategic locations around the world—throughout the United States; London, England; The Netherlands; Mexico; Peru; Chile; Argentina; and China. With staff in these locations, the company provides a strong grower support network, with new team members to be added in the next few months.
