Displaying a new look booth that mimics an ultra-modern commercial kitchen, Nelia expanded on the "essential nature" of her company's fresh cut onions. Along with the company's traditional line up of sliced, diced, slivered band whole peeled products, their new Asian Cut variety made waves at the Expo.
