The Commission has a lot of exciting new things in the works like its Giant Potato Truck that will be on tour throughout the U.S. The truck will allow retailers to have some fun and provide opportunities to draw consumers to their stores. The IPC also continues to be a sponsor of the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl. The Commission is one of the few commodity sponsors, and that is something that has just begun this year.
