As Sara explains, the fresh produce industry is seeing a push to change mushroom packaging, and Sambrailo is excited to help lead the charge for a sustainable alternative. Especially as more retailers and shoppers are asking for these options more frequently, and the category itself is ready for evolution.
Sambrailo has also moved into the fresh ginger category, which served as a surprise for the company; however, the packaging provider is looking forward to sharing the benefits of its packaging solutions with more sectors.
