Stemilt Growers Makes $50,000 to the Hospitality Heights Project

<p><strong>WENATCHEE, WA</strong> – Stemilt Growers is helping those in need with a $50,000 donation to Hospitality Heights. The donation will help Hospitality House Ministries project, build four new shelters for families in need in Wenatchee, Washington. With Stemilt’s assistance the cost of one mobile unit will be covered. These shelters will offer refuge to families, fathers with children, and mothers with boys over age 12. The Hospitality Heights project aims to build four, single-unit modular homes in Wenatchee, WA. offering two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, and kitchen.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> The cost of the project is $445,000, with $131,000 still be needed after the Stemilt donation, in order to complete the four homes. An anonymous donor has presented a $75,000 matching grant through the end of the year for any donation to the Hospitality Heights project. The second phase of the Hospitality Heights project would bring another four homes to the endeavor.
