COMMERCE, CA - Nothing beats quality time like trade show interaction time. We are gearing up for another industry gathering, this time in Grapevine, Texas. Texas International Produce Association (TIPA) is putting on its annual Viva Fresh Expo, and you’re invited to take a gander at the newest offerings and expansion plans 4Earth Farms™ has in store.

Dave Hewitt, Vice President of Sales, 4Earth Farms™“This year, we’re excited to unveil our new display, which is mostly composed of our organic value-added veg line, organic offerings, new products, and select foodservice packs,” Dave Hewitt, Vice President of Sales, tells me. “We’ll have some of our biggest items on display, such as various organic Brussels sprouts packs, different organic green bean packs, sugar snap peas, and the Floret line we rolled out last year.”

Excited yet? Well, keep a hold on to your hats, because Dave says 4Earth Farms will have a couple of new SKUs the company is getting ready to launch this spring. The supplier’s year-round comprehensive program offers a variety of categories and commodities to meet retail, foodservice, and consumer needs. This includes expanding its portfolio to offer more products, such as new Asian items.

“As we look into being a one-stop shop, we’re adding on some new Asian vegetables, along with some new pack designs to extend the shelf-life of the Asian veg segment. We’ll be showcasing our ideas at the show this year as we look to add several new SKUs around May,” Dave teases. “We’re excited to field some insight and feedback from attendees at Viva.”

More offerings year-round, what’s not to get excited about? Viva Fresh is a prime event that attracts industry members from across the States, and with its more intimate attendee list, it allows exhibitors like 4Earth Farms to get quality face-time with people that stop by.

“The show is great for interactions with excellent prospects, as well as being able to showcase our comprehensive product line,” explains Dave. “Viva Fresh has really evolved over the years, and TIPA has done a great job of delivering a really strong attendee list.”

And if you stop by booth #918, you will be in luck—Dave is holding on to some juicy new offerings he and the team will only tell in person.

“For 2023, we’re continuing to expand our availability out on the East Coast; that will be a big focus for us this year,” Dave continues. “Further down the line, we will continue to expand our machinery and capacity there on the East Coast to ensure freshness for our buyers. In terms of new products we planned, you’ll have to visit our booth if you want to find out what else is on the docket.”

As Dave and the 4Earth Farms team continue rolling out new products and expansion plans, keep a tab open for ANUK as we report on the latest.
