<p>Shipping terminals in the Chilean Port of Valparaiso are operating, but at a <b>slower than normal pace</b>, PortWorld.com reported.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">The port has reportedly said that the <b>TPS, TCVAL and ZEAL terminals are currently operating</b>.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Although access to and from the port is open, the port is having trouble getting complete crews, which has slowed operations.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">The Chilean port city of Valparaiso is recovering from a large fire that spread through some of the neighborhoods and forested areas. The fire destroyed close to <b>2,000 homes</b> and thousands of residents were evacuated. Firefighters battled the flames for several days.
