This past weekend, the Allen Lund Company sponsored and participated in the 14th annual Foothills Relay for Life to help support the American Cancer Society. This year’s event raised over $63,000 for the organization, according to a press release.
“The Allen Lund Company has always believed in service and encourages their employees to stay engaged with their communities,” said Nora Trueblood, Marketing and Communications Director and Team Captain for Lund’s Life Lights. “This year’s relay was a great experience. We are touched by the number of employees that dedicated luminarias and we feel proud to be a part of raising money for such an important organization.”
So far, Foothills Relay for Life has surpassed $1,000,000 in donations, with over $100,000 coming from the Allen Lund Company.
