YUMA, AZ - Prevention Magazine recently announced its Healthy Food Award winners, and multiple fresh produce innovators made the list. Bard Valley Natural Delights® Coconut Mini Medjools was one product that stood out to us, earning the impressive award that highlights food made with real ingredients, containing no trans fat or hydrogenated oils, and produced with minimal amounts of sodium and added sugar.

The Prevention team’s process for choosing winning food items included reading hundreds of nutrition labels and tearing into over 300 packages, a press release stated. At the end of taste testing, the editors determined 48 winners that they deemed deserving of a place in kitchens nationwide.
