This allows Top Brass to ensure the product that reaches the shelves is the best it can be.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">The crop in general this year has matured about a week earlier than it did last year in all varieties so far, and Top Brass expects to see that trend continue through Red Globe harvest. Mr. Dixon showcases the field from which the Top Brass team is currently harvesting Thompsons. This field will produce some of the nicer, 16-pound storage fruit.
