In addition, Havana Produce Inc. has been found unfit to be licensed under the PACA. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>In violation of the PACA, Casa De Campo Inc. failed to pay 20 sellers a total amount of $373,989.88 for 109 lots of produce. The company cannot operate in the produce industry until Nov. 9, 2014, as a result of these actions. After the given date, the Casa De Campo may reapply for a PACA license.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>The USDA has also found Havana Produce Inc. unfit to be licensed under the PACA for the reason that Havana Produce Inc. is an extension of the operations of Casa De Campo Inc. Havana Produce Inc. violated the PACA by offering employment to Pedro H. Perez, according to the USDA, Agricultural Marketing Service, press release.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Lilia J. Perez and Pedro H.
