Mark Flaming, Vice President of Maxco Inc. in Parlier, California joined the ANUK team today to discuss his company's green approach to energy production and conservation. Maxco's four acre block solar array came online in July 2011 with 4,800 solar panels, all of which combine to generate about 1.1 megawatts of electricity. The vendor that they chose to build and install the facility was Cenergy Power. "Cenergy has been great on follow up since the installation and all different aspects of the partnership in terms of quality ad value. Growers and shippers alike, appreciate the idea of green energy with a particular interest in what retailers think as well", stated Mr. Flaming. Growers are the primary source of business for Maxco, while retailers are the secondary customer.
