SALINAS, CA - Expertise and a strong work ethic are two coveted values when it comes to industry leadership, and Church Brothers Farms is tapping into both with the promotion of Brian Hunt to Senior Vice President of Ag Operations.
“My vision for the role is to continue to align the Ag Operations activities across the organization to capitalize on growth opportunities for Church Brothers, helping us to move to the next level,” commented Hunt on his newest role.
Hunt brings over 20 years of experience in farming and harvest operations to the role, having played a vital role in Ag Operations throughout his last nine years with Church Brothers Farms. According to a press release, he has also been the managing partner for C&H Farms, a farming joint venture with Church Brothers, for the past eight years.
Hunt will bolster the company’s executive ring with critical experience, work ethic, and expertise, as he has also spent time working for Tanimura & Antle and multiple other farming operations over his career.
“Brian Hunt has a proven track record with Church Brothers over the past nine years,” said Chief Executive Officer Brian Church. “He has excelled on the farming side of our business, and promoting him to run the entire operation was a natural choice; he is the right person for the role.”
Hunt’s appointment as SVP of Ag Operations is effective immediately.
