On today's episode, Scott McDougall, Owner of CMI, joins us to talk about their Ambrosia apple. The company is based out of Quincy, WA, situated in the Columbia basin. CMI begins their Ambrosia apple harvest around the first of October and it continues for two to three weeks when the marketing season picks up where the harvest leaves of, and extends through the end of May.
