M. Caratan Inc. staff and industry professionals gathered for a groundbreaking ceremony on December 12th to officially launch construction of the facility which will serve as a model of energy efficiency, safety and sustainability, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">“Thank God for this beautiful day. I am pleased to see Columbine Vineyards graduate towards a higher level,” said Martin Caratan, M.
