This partnership represents an exciting step forward in Epic’s long-term strategy to build the most comprehensive, people-focused fresh food organization in the industry.

For the past 24 years, Brad Raffanti, Liz Bunch, and Jeff Knight have built Edge into a “best in-class” produce sales and marketing organization. The transition took effect on June 1, 2026. There will be no changes to the current Edge team, structure, or the high level of service they provide. Maintaining continuity for employees, clients, and customers is a top priority, and we are committed to ensuring a seamless integration.

To support this process, Justin Clark, Epic SVP, will work closely with Brad and the Edge leadership team to ensure alignment, communication, and operational stability. Justin will help both organizations integrate smoothly while preserving the strengths and culture that have made Edge so successful.
