J&J Family of Farms Appoints Mark Konstan As Director of Grower Development, Western Division

WESTLAKE, FL – Looking to grow its western footprint, J&J Family of Farms has hired Mark Konstan. A proven leader in the produce industry and recent hire, Konstan will take on its Director of Grower Development, Western Division, role.

The produce veteran brings more than 34 years of industry experience and 26 years of experience with national fresh produce companies. For over 20 years, Mark worked at The Produce Exchange where he gained significant experience working with growers and helping them develop their programs to increase volume and quality of their commodities. After working with growers and customers across the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Europe, Mark has in depth knowledge and experience of the vegetable category.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys many outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing with his friends and family, and is an active member of his church, where he gives back to his local community.
