GRAPEVINE, TX - All those gearing up for Viva Fresh are bringing their A-game. 4Earth Farms™ counts itself among the companies highlighting innovations that keep their names in front of buyers’ eyes. I touched base with Mark Munger, Vice President, Marketing and Strategy, to learn more.
“We are very excited to be showcasing our newest additions to the 4Earth Family, our new organic value-added packs,” he shared with me. “These include our new organic broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, medley pack, cauliflower rice, and our new halved and shredded Brussels sprout packs. When we launched in January, this was the largest new SKU launch in our company’s history!”
The new launch, as Mark explained, is strategically important because it extends 4Earth Farms’ full line of washed and packaged vegetable offerings.
“This allows our customers to have a one-stop shop at 4Earth. We will also be highlighting our other core items at the show, including organic Brussels sprouts, green beans, sugar snap peas, mini sweet peppers, zucchini, and bell peppers, but we expect our new value-added line to be our showstopper!” Mark noted with enthusiasm.
For retailers, the company is a key partner because of its consistent and reliable supply of organic and conventional vegetables.
‘With supply chain disruptions, inflation, global warming, and other challenges, we want our customers to know that we are committed to keeping our produce on their shelves 365 days a year,” Mark added. “We are hoping retailers will take a few minutes to learn about our capabilities and get a better understanding of the depth of our produce line. We are also problem solvers, so bring us your challenges and give us the opportunity to offer solutions!”
The vertically integrated grower, processor, and distributor has the technology and resources to ship throughout North America, further increasing its value proposition to buyers.
4Earth has also taken a firm stance on sustainability, providing both buyers and consumers alike with sustainable solutions.
“We just successfully eliminated 100 percent of our wax boxes and replaced them with fully recyclable corrugated boxes. That means that all of our boxes are now 100 percent recyclable. This is part of our sustainable packaging initiative to be 100 percent recyclable in all our packaging,” Mark concluded.
