David DeBerry, Director of Category Management-Onions at Frontera Produce, joins us this week to discuss the current trends and status of south Texas & northern Mexico onions. With an early start and heavier-than-expected volumes, the market is expected to be less volatile than last year, which saw price increases due to short supplies.
