<p> The New Jersey Department of Agriculture is receiving a $282,000 crop insurance education grant for its thirteenth year from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Risk Management Agency (RMA). The funds will ensure that producers get the information they need to effectively manage risk and ensure their businesses are productive and competitive, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> “This funding will help teach New Jersey farmers the best way to protect the investment they make in their crops and how to utilize crop insurance effectively,” said Douglas H. Fisher, N.J.
