Michael joined Ready Pac in 2006 and has been President and CEO since 2008, according to a press release. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Mr. Soloman has led Ready Pac through years of record performance. “I have decided that now since I have a strong senior executive on board to focus on the Operations and Financial aspects of the business, and one who complements an already strong management team, the time is right for me to retire from Ready Pac. I look forward to spending more time with my wife and 2 ½ year old son”.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Phillip Theodore will assume the President and CEO responsibilities. Mr. Theodore recently joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. He started his career in the retail supermarket business with Wegman's in the early 80’s and has held key executive and board positions with CPG companies.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>“Michael has built a great team at Ready Pac and I am very excited to help lead the team.
