HARRISONBURG, VA - Whenever a trade show or industry event lies on the horizon, we here at AndNowUKnow make it a point to check in with the team at Soli Organic. The indoor grower continues to bring innovations to the herb sector, and Steve Wright, Chief Customer Officer, has assured me more exciting things are in store for attendees of the International Fresh Produce Association’s (IFPA) Global Produce & Floral Show.

Steve Wright, Chief Customer Officer, Soli Organic“The Global Produce & Floral Show is always a great opportunity to engage face-to-face with our retail partners as we both plan for that critical fourth quarter selling period,” shares Steve. “So many exciting things are happening at Soli Organic, and we are looking forward to sharing those with the trade. The expansion of our soil-based, organic, vertical indoor growing facilities has given us more capacity and a bountiful array of new products to showcase.”

Among these enticing offerings taking the spotlight is Soli Organic’s indoor-grown basil, which has seen amazing market success.

“Since basil drives the entire herb category, having the freshest and longest-lasting product is a home run at retail,” Steve emphasizes. “We are also excited about the expansion of our current leafy green program to include spinach and Arugula. We offer all the key category items, locally grown in our organic soil-based farms.”

Soli Organic’s message remains the same with each passing event, with the goal of emphasizing that the brand is all about affordable organic products. The supplier’s innovative pesticide-free and organic growing methods allow the company to provide reliable and consistent supply and quality.

As a signal of its recent growth, the organic supplier recently opened its first mega farm in Anderson, South Carolina, and is well underway with its second facility in San Antonio, Texas.

“Our vision of local and affordable organic is taking shape. We are really changing the game in terms of freshness and sustainability,” Steve adds. “To support our growth strategy, we have added some industry-leading professionals to the team, bringing over 40 combined years of experience in the produce category.”
