<p> In honor of Memorial Day, Total Quality Logistics (TQL) raised <B>$19,488, a record-breaking donation to help the troops</b>, during its sixth annual $1 Per Load fundraising effort. One dollar from every load TQL arranged during the week of May 12 was set aside for the Yellow Ribbon Support Foundation, leading to <B>a record-breaking week of loads moved</b> as well.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> “This program is bigger than TQL now,” said Byrne. “Our customers and carriers strongly support this initiative. One of our customers contacted us this year and joined us in the effort, matching our $1 per load donation from the loads moved for their company during the week.”<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> TQL started the $1 Per Load Memorial Day fundraising campaign in 2009.
