TransFresh and the UC Davis Postharvest Technology Center are working together to provide the latest in postharvest technology innovations. Beth Mitcham, Director of Postharvest Technology, discusses the center’s new Produce Professional Certificate Program, which offers users a way to validate their expertise in produce handling by taking workshops and online courses in order to achieve a Produce Professional Certificate.
