Whether they follow SQF, HACCP, LGMA or any other Food Safety standard AuditTrac allows suppliers to automate the process, manage the information electronically and report on the information instantly. ItemTrac creates a "more intimate" retail shopping experience and reinforces trust in the brand. With individual ItemTrac numbering on products, along with the dynamic web content provided by TrueTrac, specific product messages can be conveyed directly to the consumer. Recent market studies about buying behavior indicate that shoppers want to know their farmer and know their food.
