MONTEREY, CA - Growth is a wonderful thing, but as expansion occurs, how does one scale their business to meet increased demand? Western Growers and the Organic Produce Network (OPN) are helping organic growers to answer this question and more at this year’s Organic Grower Summit 2021 (OGS), running December 1-2.

The associations recently announced OGS’ newest education session, which will provide grower perspectives on navigating marketplace changes. According to a release, the session will explore how organic growing operations can work to better fill the supply chain and offer products on a mass scale.

Western Growers and the Organic Produce Network are gearing up for this year’s Organic Grower Summit 2021 with a session headlined by Rod Braga, Dick Peixoto, Scott Mabs, and Jessica Hunter

To lead the discussion, OGS tapped Rod Braga, President of Braga Fresh Family Farms as the session’s moderator. Sitting as panelists during the discussion will be Dick Peixoto, Owner, Lakeside Organic Gardens; Scott Mabs, CEO, Homegrown Organic Farms; and Jessica Hunter, Vice President of Operations, Del Rey Avocado.
