"I am going to miss my job and all the friends I have made with the company, but this is the right time for me to retire and I am looking forward to slowing down, relaxing and spending quality time with my family."<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Beginning in 1996, Millan supervised the harvest of lettuce, romaine and other vegetables, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">"After 18 years of hard work ensuring quality vegetables get to market, workers like Clemente are a big part of our success and our extended family. The couple plans to travel, visiting Mexico and their four kids in Yuma, AZ.
