Diving into its West Coast production, Duda has shared that its celery supply remains steady with excellent quality as demand begins to flatten, and Iceberg lettuce, Romaine, and Romaine Hearts are also experiencing a slower demand with an adequate supply.
Duda’s green and red leaf lettuce volumes remain high with good-quality product. Cauliflower supply has been light industry-wide due to cooler temperatures, but the supplier predicts an increase in the coming weeks.
