Showers and an isolated thunderstorm or two will linger into Wednesday, according to forecasts by Terry Snow and his Weather Advisory Service. Growers tell us that the rain has the potential to interrupt the blueberry harvest but, should not have a long-term impact.

There will be pockets of heavier rainfall where thunderstorms develop heavy downpours. This storm may have the capability of producing areas of heavy rain and thunderstorms as far south as Lake Okeechobee, according to snow. Scattered showers and thunderstorms could be possible through the end of the outlook period Monday May 13th, with the best chance of rain in the southern half of the state.

Stay tuned to AndNowUKnow for more updates on weather.
