The report produced by iQonsulting exclusively for the Chilean Blueberry Committee, estimates that exports will be revised down by 2,932 tons. The committee notes that a significant portion is intended for the frozen market and is a sector that will be affected as well. It is anticipated that the frost will cause a slight reduction in the estimated peaks between mid-January until the end of the export deal.

"The most affected areas were 13 communes, accounting for 29.14% of the total hectares in these regions at 4,220ha.
