SAN FRANCISCO, CA - GrubMarket is a company that seemingly never sleeps, as it has announced the acquisition of McAllen, Texas-based Spring Valley and its affiliate Nogales, Arizona-based Produce Connection. These acquisitions come following the company’s recent launch of its custom mobile ordering app and its acquisition of Vega Produce, driving forward the wholesaler’s nationwide growth.

Produce Connection and Spring Valley provide high-quality fruits and vegetables sourced primarily from Mexico and the United States, a press release stated. They operate in Arizona, Texas, California, and Mexico, selling to hundreds of retail, foodservice, and wholesale customers throughout North America.
Founded 30 years ago, Spring Valley and Produce Connection are now a full-service food distribution and wholesale business with warehouse facilities covering more than 50,000 square feet.
