She was confident that Naturipe berries provide a great promotional opportunity for retailers; not just strawberries, but also blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. "The industry as a whole is about 5 million trays ahead of the same time last year and we are all gaining on that number each week. At California Giant, we expect about a 15% increase over last year," Cindy Jewell, Director of Marketing for California Giant Berry Farms tells AndNowUKnow.
