Limoneira Company Announces Change to Board of Directors; Scott S. Slater Comments

SANTA PAULA, CA - Leadership changes are afoot. Limoneira Company announced the retirement of Elizabeth Blanchard Chess from its Board of Directors effective January 1, 2024. She will be replaced by Peter Nolan, who will also serve as a member of the Board’s Audit and Finance Committee and Risk Management Committee.

Following the appointment of Nolan, the board will be comprised of seven directors, six of whom are independent.

Scott S. Slater, Limoneira Chairperson of the Board, commented on the move.
