OCEANSIDE, CA - LIV Organic Produce is a showstopper in every sense of the word. The supplier will surely be stopping buyers in their tracks at the upcoming Organic Produce Summit (OPS), and I recently had the chance to catch up with Co-Founder and Managing Partner Anthony Innocenti ahead of the big event.
“This year, we are most excited about the continued growth we’ve achieved at our citrus packing house, and we hope to expand our reach across the nation,” Anthony said, giving me a taste of what buyers will have the chance to hear about at OPS 2021. “Our main focus at LIV Organic Produce is year-round continuity, and we offer a full lineup of citrus, onions, and potatoes, including sweet potatoes.”
Another of the company’s main focuses, of course, is organics. For this reason, Anthony is always keen to attend, and he hopes to let other attendees know who LIV Organic Produce is and where it plans to go.
“OPS is awesome because it's focused on organic produce in a medium-sized format, so we can be more productive. The show allows industry members to keep up with the latest trends and expand their reach,” Anthony shared. “It is also an excellent way for retailers to connect with growers.”
At the show, attendees can feast their eyes on LIV Organic Produce’s full lineup of packaging, including its new value-added retail offering. The grower’s portfolio of citrus, onions, and potatoes will be on display, and Anthony teased that recent developments in its sweet potato operation will be a hot topic.
