SALINAS, CA - While I am sitting cozily between Christmas to-dos and what will carry over into the new year, the Taylor Farms team is making sure 2023 starts off with a cascade. The company is introducing several new products, bulking up both its Salad Kits and Ready-to-Eat Bowl recipes.

Totaling seven new additions—three bowls and four kits—the team shared that the new items are currently available at grocers nationwide, with holiday meal demands sure to propel them quickly to mainstay status.

  • Green Goddess Chopped Kit: Green leaf lettuce, savoy and red cabbage, carrots and green onions, green goddess seasoning, and crunchy vegan 'buttery' crouton crumbles with Taylor Farms’ creamy plant-based green goddess dressing
  • Organic Honey Citrus Chopped Kit: Colorful chopped veggies, dried cranberries, creamy feta cheese, and crisp quinoa with a uniquely refreshing honey citrus vinaigrette
  • Organic Chimichurri Chopped Kit: Crisp green and red cabbage, green leaf lettuce, carrots, and kale topped with crisp quinoa and roasted almonds, plus Taylor Farms’ mouthwatering chimichurri vinaigrette

  • Mexican Inspired Street Corn Salad: Romaine, carrots, red cabbage, fresh fire-roasted corn, creamy cotija cheese, and seasoned grilled chicken with a zesty elote-style dressing
  • Black Bean Taco Salad: Romaine, carrots, red cabbage, fresh fire-roasted corn, Cheddar cheese shreds, tortilla strips, and black beans with creamy plant-based chipotle ranch
  • Dill Pickle Crunch Salad: Iceberg and Romaine lettuces, grilled seasoned white chicken meat, Swiss cheese, bacon, carrots, and dill pickle brioche crouton crumbles with Taylor Farms’ creamy dill pickle ranch dressing
