MOUNT LAUREL, NJ - Congratulations are in order for one produce industry member who is stepping into a new role. Importer and distributor Sbrocco International appointed Matt Musgrave as its newest sales team member who will assist and grow customer service and reach.
“I absolutely love the produce industry,” Musgrave stated in a press release from the company. “To be able to continue the journey of my career within the industry with a company like Sbrocco that has the integrity and values I hold dear was important.”
Formerly with Food Lion, Musgrave will now be based in Sbrocco’s Charlotte, North Carolina, office. He brings extensive retail experience, where he has worked at both the store and corporate level for the last 26 years, the release stated.
Musgrave climbed the ladder in the retail industry and eventually into the corporate office in Fresh Sourcing and Category Management, where his passion for produce was formally ignited.
“This was the right time and opportunity for us to continue to grow, and Matt was the right fit,” said Maclaren Oglesby, Sales Manager. “He brings a passion for our industry and an unwavering work ethic. His relatable personality, leadership traits, and retail experience will continue to enhance our hands-on, concierge approach to our customers.”
The Sbrocco team, including Musgrave, will be at Southern Exposure in Orlando at booth #1039 this week.
