<p>Stemilt Growers is welcoming <B>Jocelyn Gerard</b> as its new Regional Merchandising Manager in Chicago, Illinois. She will be responsible for working directly with partner customers to develop marketing programs for the company’s range of fresh fruit products, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">“Her <B>passion</b> for fresh food and great communication and organizational skills will serve her well in this new role,” said Roger Pepperl, Stemilt’s Marketing Director. “We’re thrilled to welcome Jocelyn to our team.”<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">A Chicago native, Jocelyn has a passion for food and spent the last several years working to support her community through the development of a local food movement, including a farmer’s market and food co-op. She is also an <B>experienced communications professional</b>, with strong experience in event management, account relations, and marketing communications. She previously spent 10 years working in management at an artisanal interior design company, Maya Romanoff Corporation.
