ISSAQUAH, WA - Vanguard International USA is honing in on its team to position itself for further growth, announcing Tim Clarke will be taking on the position of President, Vanguard International USA, and Dan Lillybridge will be taking on the Manager, USA Sales and Procurement position.
“Leading the legacy business is an exciting next step for me as we strive to meet global sales growth and maximize each team member’s strengths,” said Clarke, who celebrated his 22nd anniversary with Vanguard in April of this year, according to a press release.
CEO Craig Stauffer commented on both Clarke’s and Lillybridge’s new positions, stating, “Tim is a talented and loyal long-time Vanguard employee who has proven he has what it takes to lead our legacy business forward, and whom we trust wholeheartedly, and Dan has admirable operational and commercial accomplishments, and I know they will drive great success for our company, our employees, and our growers and customers. We’ve made these shifts in responsibilities to ensure we are fully supporting both our legacy business, as well as preparing for future growth.”
After joining Vanguard in 2012, Lillybridge worked in various sales and procurement positions, one of which took him all the way to South Africa. He has been with the company for over ten years.
“With our growth and acquisitions, we are uniquely positioned as a supply partner and a grower. I look forward to getting to work in this role and driving sales in Vanguard’s global markets,” Lillybridge said.
