Village Farms Corporate Chef Darren Brown Explores Mixing Olde World Flavors with New Palates

DELTA, BC - Will you be at this week’s CPMA? Village Farms will be, accompanied by its new Corporate Chef Darren Brown and a few special surprises. 

The company has enlisted Chef Darren Brown to highlight the newly debuted Village Farms’ Olde World Flavor collection.

Chef Brown continued to say the new Cherry no. 9™ Fall in Love Again, is a great little tomato sold on the vine with a crisp sweet flavor unlike most other cherry tomatoes. Also, according to a press release, the new Cabernet Estate Reserve™ tomato is a burgundy color with a flavor profile reminiscent of a fine wine.
