<p>Nearly a week of below freezing temperatures have California citrus growers on edge. The coveted Clementines have an extremely thin skin which puts them at a greater risk for crystallization than navels. With damage taking several days to several weeks to assess, shippers are extremely skittish about their ability to fill orders, resulting in what could be a price spike in the short term.
